People with diabetes tend to have gallbladder problems
Perhaps to solve this world problem we use the allegory of cart before the horse or horse before the cart. Did diabetes cause weak gallbladder problems or did the week gallbladder cause diabetes
Special cells within the lining of our small intestine signal that fat is present to ramp up production and release bile. Without the presence of fat in the diet, there is nothing to signal for the release of bile.
So if a diabetic patient comes into my hospital next week with gallbladder issues also and we solve his gallbladder issue by increasing good fats wich “call the gallbladder into action”. Then we have a good success rate already and likely the diabetes condition will improve
