I think deep down inside RMJ11 is insecure about the volume way he trains so he has to dedicate his posting here to putting down guys that train to failure with a low amount of sets. Cause if they can get good gains from that he knows he wasted a lot of time training with volume.

Yep. Most guys train with every system at one time or another. Everything works sometimes, nothing works all the time. Changing things up blasts through plateaus and keeps you mentally fresh. To become a religious follower of a system is retarded.

Thank you. You posted what I was thinking very succinctly. Many low set to failure trainers would go on a growth cycle switching to volume and at the same time moderate weight volume trainers would benefit using heavy weights with low sets to failure for a training cycle.

I think deep down inside I'm very insecure about how volume way is the best way for maximum muscle mass and I've just wasted years training to failure with a low amount of sets which causes me to burn out every 2 weeks plus injuries. The volume guys are always bigger and stronger than myself.
