Last summer, sorry for the delay:

"Listen to your body! This pic was taken July 7th. The next day I started feeling fatigued & losing my appetite. I wanted to be in shape for vacation so rather than backing off I continued to train hard. On the 15th I went to the ER & was admitted for Rhabdo. My CK was 7952. I spent a day & a half in the hospital b4 discharging myself AMA. By pushing I ended up losing over a week & looking worse on vacation. Would have been better off going to the hospital immediately to resolve it. So don’t be stubborn & refuse to back off when necessary"

I remember ripping up for a vacation with my then gf years back. Total waste of time, I looked good for airplane ride only.  By day 2 I was a marshmallow, having breakfast lunch and dinner buffet consistently.
