How did he die? I know his kidneys were fried but it's a mystery how he took off not informing his family.  The guy had ten kids.

Will be interesting to see if anything conclusive emerges. In small towns like that, they will generally roll with the family on whether to publish anything or let it subside in silence. Except if homicide is in the mix.
