Would it have been otay to have quoted the queeron?   The Words of the Nazarene decry those who harm children.  I see no harm in His words.  When I believed it was not in a religion but in the Words of more than just a Man.  By the term "religion" the world has seen the madness and perversion of men called the "will of God". 

Think about that. 

There is a difference in following a "religion" and having faith.  The truth is just that, regardless of the source.  There is no longer any justice because of man's desire for "just us".

Each time I did not recall seeing anything.  The last time I could swear I heard someone speaking to me.  Of course permanent brain damage begins at 4 minutes without breathing/air and I was gone for 6:39.   

The doctor finally asked me my questions I had given them along with my don't resuscitate order  in the event I died and came back again.   "Who are your favorite presidents?"  and my answer was "Reagan and Trump!"   The doctor laughed and said, no damage done!

I have been looked at but still live in fear some damage was done to my mind but maybe not.  I am at the least very fortunate and perhaps blessed.  My entire family including the Jewish side with my sweet aunties had been praying for me. My favorite auntie even told me that she had on my behalf ..."prayed to the Nazarene whom you once worshiped so faithfully and you are still with us".   

The doctors told me that during surgery I suffered numerous massive heart attacks but remained peaceful looking.  I can say this.  They also said I was waaaaaay past the point of any  flashing lights of illusion/delusion that science says is what many people experience as your brain goes dead.   I was flat, stone cold, gray skin (the blood drains from your skin) dead. 

And I know what I heard.  It is enough to make me think and reconsider my lack of faith.  I cannot lie.  I know what I heard.  As I said, religion you "share" but faith, you live.  Anyone can share something, what matters is really living it.  I used to tell pastors and ministers that God does not need money.  God does not need our worship.  I asked them what kind of car they drove or where they worked. God does not need a new church home, etc.  I was not "popular" with clergy and my wife hated me asking these questions.   When I lost my faith I announced it.  I had decided that I would call a spade a spade and use foul language doing so.  I would not claim to be Christian and I loathed (and still do) those I call "christian".  It's like white liberals who are only white when it's convenient for them.  I call them "caucasionals"  because they are only white on special occasions that benefit them.  ;D
