Didn't watch but I remember it was said he soaked the fake tracheas in IGF-1 solution before implanting them. Bodybuilding related!

I'm watching it. From what I gather they were supposed to be coating the plastic trachea with stem cells. When they looked with a camera after implantation they're saying they saw no coating and alleging that no stem cells were ever put on them, that he was just putting in bare plastic. I haven't watched all the way to the end yet though.

I'm watching it. From what I gather they were supposed to be coating the plastic trachea with stem cells. When they looked with a camera after implantation they're saying they saw no coating and alleging that no stem cells were ever put on them, that he was just putting in bare plastic. I haven't watched all the way to the end yet though.

He even did a transplant with a cadaver trachea, that went well for some months, but then started to rot due to no blood supply.
