I am a certified free diver I did a 4 minute breath hold and a 100 foot dive to get the certification I was spearfishing not snorkeling

I also did several mile plus swims towing my damn kitesrufing gear back to the beach after going down pass the outer break. When I fought clegg I was working full time in DC with an hour and a half commute doing no cardio and 226lbs. I am now 215lbs and doing cardio big difference.

So after watching the video again we see a slow Tyson fury bodied clegg keeping hanky at bay, rocking him with his punches.  15 years out the game hanky thinks he'd do better against tyson now, who's still in shape, solid, fast, powerful, still clearly spars and keeps up the boxing.
