I looked completely shot no balance, no stability, no speed, no coordination, no resilience, no movement, nothing like I should not have been cleared to fight surely you saw that yes? That was not the Hankins that we all fucking hate. That was a 46 year old man with 80 ailments.

Fixed

lack of self awareness post of the year

Yet he proceeds to say he’ll fight BJ over GSP cause BJ is smaller and beat up, and GSP still trains

Be a man , Bhanky, and fight shogun, machida, evans, Rampage, any of those guys

Even if none of those guys are their primes anymore , you are not taking them down or even having a chance

Bhanky, you really think you can out wrestle GSP, or take Machida down?

DJ attempting to lecture coach on various training principles was not on my bingo card today.

You and me both.  I did have Brian attempting to equate elliptical bike training to getting in shape for a fight.  So, I guess there's that win.

Obviously if I were to actually be offered a serious fight, I would do a camp focused on it. Now given that is not actually going to be offered to me I don't need to be doing fight specific cardio training to defend myself against the average slob in the street.

Because in this magical universe where you would actually fight tyson he wouldn't have the best grappling coaches in the world helping him.  No, sir....he would only train as a boxer.

Fuck off with your nonsense

I am going to have a size and strength advantage on GSP, Machida has not been able to defend a take down in years he was always a small 205 more of a 185 guy. They are professional fighters I was given their names I evaluated which would be more challenging than others. But yeah absolutely if the UFC calls me up and offers me any of them I will be there.

Holyfield was told he was punch drunk a decade plus before that fight. What's next, you'll tell us a post Oswald JFK would make a bad president?

Machida still trains everyday, he may not defend against the take down with “pro fighters” but you are no where near his level back then, now or ever.

I’m sure it’s the same with Anderson Silva

These guys are some of the best fighters in thier prime , and you saying you can take them now

I stand corrected, you are right sir  ;D

Bhanky could easily take Tyson and have an easier time with Holyfield just because Belfort could :D

They are not in their prime. Their takedown defense goes before their striking that is why they get into boxing when they retire from MMA. I just think my current physicality and skills is going to give any striker my age real problems. When you start talking about guys that are also smaller than me and older then yeah I start to have some advantages. What is Machida weighing these days? Anderson? Put me in a straight wrestler match with either and I win easy. Put me in a striker match and they are going to win easy. But I have a path to victory in either fight. I do not have  a path to victory with a larger better wrestler like Lesnar but give me a 200lb striker and yeah I got a shot at it. I know I can't beat a bigger better wrestler but they are not bigger better wrestlers they are both strikers and smaller and older. If you don't have that mentality then you should not be fighting ever. You guys don't get it because you are just online trolls. I am giving myself a decent chance against 2024 Machida or Silva I just need to keep my guard up and get inside without getting crane kicked in the face.

I am not stupid I am not trying to fight some 300lb guy but you are talking about guys who weigh 190lbs are 50 years old and are strikers with no American wrestling. I see a path to victory in those fights. I do not see a path to Victory with Jon Jones or Lesnar hell no. But send me a blownup 190lb middle weight who is a 50 year old striker and I get to come in at 220lbs? Hell yes now obviously I am going to have a very tough time at it and I would not be the favorite but there is a route to victory in both of those fights.
