How does it feel knowing a retard is stronger than you, Grape?
One thing I notice about you [and one difference between us] is that you think it makes you "cool" by jumping the bandwagon, and attacking someone who did nothing to you. I have attacked B. Hank, but that was a resposnse to a conflict that he initiated.
I was on board with trying your deadlift training program and advertising it on here - but why are you being a dick go me, Grape? I have been nothing but complimentary and appreciative towards you after applying your chest and shoulders program with success. You attack me because you think it looks cool.
It's sort of the same psychological basis why people bash Trump. Because people think it makes them "cool". But with Trump, it's impossible to deny his popularity.
For me, it's a little hard to bash my results with any credibility when I'm probably one of the Top 10 strongest Getbiggers.
At first you can kind of bash on me - but as my bench press inches towards 405, it's hard to continue...with any credibility, anyway. And given my weight, it's even more moronic.
To call me weak would mean that over 99% of men are weak, as I am strongly than at least 99% of men.
As for "retard" - I'm sure they dole out multiple degrees including pure math degrees to retards.
LOL.
Layne Norton kept getting bashed until he deadlifted 700.
LOL...yes. They finally accepted how strong he was when he deadlifted 700.
That's what it takes to not be criticized online. Basically, expect to be called weak if you don't hold a world record, lol.
As for my diet - the major changes were:
[1] Going from 90 grams of protein a day to 200 grams daily [+440 calories from protein].
[2] Adding overall calories [Subway, Top Sirloin steaks], which increased my total calories by about 1,000 daily.
My average diet at 170-lb [from 2007 to 2017] was 10,000 calories per week [~1,429 calories daily]. And 90 grams of which were protein.
Now, I basically eat an extra 1,000 calories daily, 440 of those 1,000 are extra protein.
And yeah...that is why I went from holding 170 to holding 195, as an average body weight.
Why is that in any way surprising though? So you don't think a 170-lb ectomorph increasing his food intake to that extent would add 25-lb to his "walking around" weight, over time [from 2017 to present-day]?
?
Seems sort of like an obvious thing to me.
I just got over my hypochondria [somewhat] and started enough, including sufficient protein, and my weight went up.
I made a conscious health choice to be 170-lb.
Now I'm in with being 195.
But I'll be dropping to 185 later this year. Once again - for health and mobility reasons. As soon as my new strength "settles" [gets imprinted into my muscle memory and CNS], I'll be doing that cut to 185.
I think 185 is ideal for me, and I should still [hopefully] be able to bench press 350 and deadlift 500, consistently, at that weight.
We all have different goals. Nothing wrong with that. Nor is any of this "retarded".
Stop being so sensitive, I will call anyone out who I feel is ducking a question or not being honest. I called you out because I've asked you multiple times about PMs I've gotten saying they knew you upped the dose. Plus, you've also never explained why you were going on 1000 word rants on Facebook about JPJ and Walter since nobody on Facebooks knows anything about this. That's fucking weird.
I don't jump on any bandwagons. I type what I want, when I want, and don't care how any interprets it.
Your strength levels relative to mine mean nothing to me, it doesn't make me feel anything.
I gave you advice because I didn't want to see someone get hurt, and legitimately believed your form was retarded for someone who has been lifting for so long, and that you could benefit from it.
You're also not an ectomorph. DJ is. You're closer to meso.
