i've decided to continue this "bulk" till i finish the ACE then i'll recomp on test and var probably without slin or just slin every 3-4 days like j. harris suggests

they say to hold the bulked wieght for awhile before you cut but i really doubt i'll be able to do that

when i started them i was like 160 @ 12%

my normal weight without effort was bout 160 since i was 24, i even bulked to 160 at 17

i ran cross-country and track so in high school i generally walked round @ 135

bascially went from lightweight to middleweight

now i'm a light-heavyweight lol

i think i'll hit a buck 85-90 once i finish the ACE and log

On party nights I'd drink 2-3 long island ice tea 4-5 shots of vodka tequila or whisky and 2-3 beers and had my liver throughly check and it only took a slight hit the doctor was amazed
