I'm not really trying to contribute to the HIT hit job by rimjob but, I come across this and come on! This guy is delusional and is going to hurt himself.
1. He looks like he just started eating more.
2. Any gains he made could've been accomplished with virtually any other weight training style/routine.
3. That said I believe you should do whatever routine you enjoy doing. If it gets you to the gym and lifting weights then by all means do what you like most.
