If I owned a company I would only hire men and post menopausal unattractive women. The temptation trips everyone up. Having a fertile attractive female screwing guys at the office is always going to end bad.
If someone robs you, steals your car, assaults you, etc, it is totally normal to wait years to report the crime. 
I am so over the #metoo movement. I'm more interested in the VKM bowel movement.
I have a few females that work for me, one of which I would’ve never hired 10-15 years ago. She’s young and cute. I guess I’m old and while I realize she’s attractive, for whatever reason I’m not attracted to younger women. I can tell they’re hot, but listening to them makes me cringe sometimes. I had our ex nanny working part time for a while too after college, and she’s hot. But again, I just don’t go after it.
It’s also rare that I ever allow myself to be alone with them. I almost think I’m off putting with how “not creepy” I am. But, in today’s world, you have to draw the hard line. I even put my wife in line if she steps out in the office. No flirting or anything like that. I’ve bent her over in there before, but that was in my office when no one was there after hours.
