How do you know your iron is low? If it is low, how do you know it is low because you aren't absorbing it? If you were bleeding out from your ulcer and GI tract couldn't it also be low from that?

I was flagged for low Ferritin and my Hemo was so low they thought I had donated blood recently. Obviously internal bleeding would also lower hemo again that is why I am getting new bloodwork. Failure to properly absorb Iron and Iron deficiency anemia is very common in Crohns but again I would love to see everything look great but that was a flag last time so going to look at it closely this time.

Was bloodwork taken fasted or full belly? Just crunching numbers on my yellow legal pad and got to the cholesterol part. I’m almost a doctor like David Palumbo

You did because of the erythrocytosis that results from taking as much test as you do.

Did you also get blood tests because of the past organ failure you've had?  Thats a dangerous thing Brian.

Upped the dose is your cure-all to everything

Again not sure what part of this you are missing but I did not have high RBC. I did not have high hemoglobin or Hemacrit I had the exact opposite. I realize more blood production is a common side effect of androgens but I don't have it. I had anemia low Hemo and Hema the exact opposite. Dr Krank lol

Erythrocytosis involves having a higher-than-normal concentration of red blood cells (erythrocytes) in your blood. Your blood consists of solid parts, including red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. It also includes a liquid portion called plasma. Erythrocytosis describes having too many red blood cells (a solid part) in relation to plasma (the liquid part).

Erythrocytosis causes you to have high levels of hematocrit and/or hemoglobin.

Hematocrit levels: Hematocrit is the number of red blood cells you have.
Hemoglobin levels: Hemoglobin is an essential protein found in red blood cells.

One of the few things you are right on.   Thank you.

I am aware of what erythrocytosis is....thats why I said it.  repeating the definition and SOME of the contents of blood to me is only for your benefit so you can use it in your upcoming excuse list.  Anything else you need to google brian?

I can fucking school you on anything....

Now be a good little bitch and define what "in shape" means.

You have a Microcytic Anemia secondary to iron deficiency that is likely caused by your Crohn's disease. All of which you already knew, but be mindful that some of the long-term issues you could develop by way of your chronic iron deficiency anemia include: increased risk of infections, heart conditions and even the development of depression.

Which is why I am testing it now. I have been tired recently. If it is still low I will start an Iron oral supplement. I will then test again if still low. I will look into intravenous administration by a dr or possible intramuscular by myself not sure on options one step at a time. Also since getting bloodwork testing everything else but that is my main concern. But it also could just be a rise in HGH making me sleepy which is why I am testing that as well. I don't think I am taking enough to do anything so if my IGF-1 and HGH serum levels are not not raised I may drop it. But I have been having some issues recently want to get tested and see what is up

I do agree that getting a thorough workup isn't a bad idea.

Again, if you think monitoring and optimizing your hormones as you age is drug addiction that is fine everyone is entitled to their opinion. But tell me do you drive a horse and buggy and read by candlelight?

You monitor yourself because of the shit you inject.....no other reason.

When do you plan on starting the medications you were prescribed for your "crohns"

He's got 101 posts today, approaching his record set during the Clegg video release.  On January 19th he posted 109 times, if he's not yet in bed he may break that.

I see what is happening, clearly high on percs again that he's been taking "to relieve his stomach pains"

Guess you forgot about this.....pussy

Today is Feb 1st. I pledge I will not share a physique update until 3/31 the end of the first quarter if you promise to do the same. Your pics have inspired me to share less. I have come to realize that while in great shape for me at my age I may not be in great shape from a fitness magazine online influencer perspective. Like maybe you are in great shape for 52 but not in need to share online daily shape? Also if we wait and do quarterly updates perhaps changes will be more evident?  Perhaps others will be more likely to share as well? So what do you say DJ a 60 day moratorium on physique updates? Come back March 31st and show us your leg gains? Take a break until then?

Also if you could please stop talking about your sexcapades with whores and their cuckhold husbands at swinger clubs that would be great
