that fat joooooo wished me was eye-talin :D

this lead in this tune got a great voice 8)

and DAMN!!!! when i hear Valli sing

Oh, I got a funny feeling when she walked in the room
And I, as I recall it ended much too soon

the hair on my arms stands and i envision the pretty new trainer that i'm working on and chatting up she is so cute and sweet and great ass, i think i could fall in love with her she just may tame this Wild Horse

i always thought Valli sang Oh, I got a funny feeling when she walked in the room, and smiled that is a better lyric actually ;)

one of my buds knows her pretty well so he's gonna scout her see if she's free, she said i have a nice body 8) 8) 8)

i can't stop listening to this tune 5 times in a row so far and his time Valli sings that lyric.... FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good. Now clean up your act and get disciplined or you will be beat. Other competitors take it seriously, you can't expect to place living like you do.

Just curious what do you mean by that

Get this if I eat to clean ala chicken white fish rice potatoe I get FLAT AS HELL and lose whatever fullness I may have so I can't eat that strictly it wreaks my Physique

Could be that I need lots of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium etc ???

And if I go too low fat diet I also look much worse

Tried to cut down the caffeine like the docs told me but I went ahead and added this strongest pre wo to my 1 liter of energy drink

But that shit is on me

It's a physique contest in some back alley in Poland, I doubt he is facing off against Chris Bumsted.

First prize is probably a refurbished toaster oven.

DJ, please listen to some of the people on here who over the next few months can give you some valuable information. Nobody and I stress nobody has won a physique bodybuilding or any contest on a McDonald’s diet only you know you have to clean up and get contest lean not gym lean or club lean. Clean protein and clean burning carbs. Yes and occasional cheat meal due to your lean. This might work but not for 8 to 12 weeks of dieting.

It's the hankins' conundrum  - guys who are naturally predisposed to low bodyfat think they can cut corners instead of putting in the work.

Now, mind you, his competition is going to be an old lady who is probably going to be peeling potatoes on stage, while the other competitors are smoking, but that's besides the point.

Sounds like the Hankins excuse train (ala : If I get below 190, I get systemic organ failure)

Everything you mentioned is relatively low in fat.  Bluntly speaking...if the pics you have shown are you "full" I can't imagine what your "flat" look would be.

Eating strictly shouldn't leave you flat.  Its about getting the macros right.  What is your current macro intake.  I saw your thing in another thread about 1.3gm / kg. If i did that, I would only be at 118gm of protein a day.  Being that you're older...you may want to up that amount.  Personally I think fat should be 25-30% of diet.

Also, when people say "I've tried to cut XYZ out and it didn't work".....its because it got hard to function without that stimulant and you mentally caved in.

1 fucking liter of an energy drink....my god...what do your kidneys say when you have straight water???

look bro, if i eat to clean i get very flat look awful

breakkie=700 ml of full fat milk and 3 slice of chesse

lunch=double quater and fry and cola

din-din=150 gram chicken breast and 2 pack roman noodles

so what is this? like 20% clean ???

i'd guess i could go 50% clean 50% dirty and be fine, wot you tink?

justin harris says eat only red meat, chicken breast and rice fuck dat shit >:(

i can't stand rice man

i can handle potatoes though, and i like white fish quite a bit actually it's very easy to eat it

subjects were prescribed a diet standardized for energy intake at 150 kJ/kg/d and a protein intake of 1.3 g/kg/d. These instructions were reinforced every 4 wk during a meeting with our dietitian in which the subject’s actual nutrient intake was verified by analysis of 3-d food logs.

https://journals.physiology.org/doi/pdf/10.1152/ajpendo.2001.281.6.e1172

they were eating 1.3 grams per kg and the 600 gained the most muscle while losing the most fat, yes!!!! they gained muscle eating 1.3 g/kg

i want to know the goddamn truth!!!! i want to know how much test can be run while gaining even more muscle and losing more fat

i am LIVID RIGHT NOW!!!!

why???? shittube took think big bb down fuckers do not allow freedom of speech and i want to gravely harm them for this

i was gonna ask them about top test intake but shittube took them down

not really they all have a ceiling and after you reach that ceiling no more muslce gains come just more sides

dbols ceiling is 30 mgs
