It's really only 10lbs in the morning. I was 220lbs again this morning and I was a shredded 210lbs am 30 days ago. The thing is 30 days ago I was 215 mid day and maybe high teens before bed now I am 225 mid day and was 229lbs last night at my heaviest post meal. I told you guys exactly what I added. I added the HGH it has now been 30 days. My real weight in the am is now 220lbs so I didn't add much. Legs are noticeably drier in the am vs last night. I will say I am having some fluid retention throughout the day however by the following morning it isn't noticeable. It took a while longer than expected to have any fluid retention. So still waiting to see what bloodwork says is going on.

It's weird I was worried I had some kind of serious nutritional deficiency as I was not gaining any weight. Now while waiting for my bloodwork to figure out why, I went from not gaining an ounce to putting on too much weight too quickly in maybe 2-3 days. I was 210lbs am 30 days ago and stayed there for a week finally got to like 215lbs am and was there for another 2-3 weeks. 2-3 days ago my legs were all cut up and vascular. Then just the last few days started blowing up. I was 219lbs yesterday am and 221lbs this am when I noticed my canary was dead. I am sitting 229lbs right now and legs are smooth. Things change quickly. It's like I can just tell when there is a tipping point from losing weight to gaining then it all just comes at once every cell just fills up feel Swol like a sponge. Still waiting on bloodwork but may be entering the cocoon.
