This is why your gut hangs over your belt when relaxed.

That is because his prostate is the size of his fat empty head.

Conflicting results My blood Serum HGH levels are high but for some reason my IGF-1 levels are not but they are higher than last time when not using HGH last time IGF-1 was 46 low so it has come up still would expect more with that high of a hgh blood serum level

I def need to add an AI as my estradiol is high the question becomes which one then what if anything to do about LH and FSH if I take HCG that will just raise my estradiol further
all that test and normal RBC count but high white, maybe Leukaemia (fingers crossed)

Iv been saying for an over a year your gyno is getting worse. You would just deny it as usual

Now your estrodial is sky high.

Which AI are you going to order from your source?

High estro doesn't mean you have gyno

A lot of typing to try to convince yourself that it is not abnormal kidney function.

What does Mens Health magazine say about that ?

You’ll be leaving this board the same way Derek Anthony did.

How am I trying to convince myself? I don't have any flags for abnormal kidney function. Jeff had flags for both liver and kidney impairment I don't have either. My AST and ALT are good. My metabolic panel looks good.

I am not taking much however if you look at my serum HGH levels they are 34.8 ng/ml which is several times the normal adult range for men under 5 ng/nl. My HGH levels are higher than a newborn . Why that is not being reflected in a higher IGF-1 level is the question although my IGF-1 levels were half that last time without HGH supplementation.

I paid extra for the Growth Hormone Serum Test and I am glad I did. I will have it tested again in a few months and see if the IGF-1 goes up but the serum blood level of HGH is high

I have seen reports it can take a couple weeks to raise IGF-1 levels and I was only on about 2 weeks at the time of the testing. So will check again in a few months

Reference Range
Random growth hormone (GH) levels in a healthy person range as follows [1] :
Men - < 5 ng/mL (mcg/L [SI units])
Women - < 10 ng/mL (mcg/L [SI units])
Newborns - 5-23 ng/mL (mcg/L [SI units])
1 week - 2-27 ng/mL (mcg/L [SI units])
1-12 mos - 2-10 ng/mL (mcg/L [SI units])
1 year (female) - 0-10 g/mL (mcg/L [SI units])
1 year (male) - 0-6 ng/mL (mcg/L [SI units])

If you think the cherry picked results of your bloodwork look good, then you are dumber than you look.

I’m not here to caution you. I don’t like you or people like you. Watching you melt your internal organs makes me chuckle. Maybe the Scarecrow can have “He Knew More Than Anyone” engraved on your tiny, bargain price headstone.

The stuff you're taking is making your FSH and LH undetectable. It is a negative feedback loop. I'm not sure you should take another drug to "normalize" those lab values.

Your hemoglobin is better you are no longer anemic. That might be part of why your HR went from above 100 to 90s. But most athletes have a resting HR in the 60s or lower. The stuff you're taking is probably making your HR higher.

Correct I was very happy to see that. Probably correct although no additional risk indicators or flags for any kind of heart issue blood pressure is normal and 90s while high is within a normal range. Vaping THC also raises your Heart rate as does caffeine so a few things could be going on but no dr has expressed a concern yet and I mention it everytime I get my vitals or go to a hospital. They always say it is within a normal range

My main takeaway is that my serum HGH level is high but my IGF-1 is still low also my estradiol is high so that is what I want to watch and test again in a few months estradiol and IGF-1 levels. I will be adding in aromasin to help with the estradiol and I am hoping continued usage of HGH raises the IGF-1 as I had just started when I took the bloodwork and my IGF-1 levels are double my previous bloodwork which was really low so hopefully they continue to rise.

But yeah I will get tested again in 2 months too see if IGF has risen and  I don't want estrogen levels too low either but they are really high which is probably what is causing a bit of a moon face. I tend to hold water in my face when my estrogen levels are too high. But too low and you start risking injuries I don't want to be contest dry want some additional fluid for joints to lift heavier with less pain.

Trying to narrow down the variables. There isn't much time left

At 20 you can just take 200mg a week of test eat as much mcdonalds as possible have a few beers lift heavier each week and grow like a weed

At 46 it takes a little more precision guidance I need to make sure everything is on point from nutrition to sleep to recovery to bloodwork and hormonal and vitamin support. Even things like stress management are important now. I only have 5-10 years left to work with it is going to get harder not easier. I am not going to blow up in my 60s

Incorrect I have been between 200-235lbs for years. I would consider 235lbs blown up.

I was surprised they didn't provide that I thought it was part of the bodybuilder bloodwork profile but it's not there. But my total cholesterol was around 150 last time so not too worried about it.

are you prescribed the aromasin? guessing no,
