trained legs to today then thought I would have a go at the curls, I never do hammer curls of even standing DB curls because of my low back issue
Managed 7 smooth reps zero body movement with each arm with the 24s, didnt want to go heavier with my back.
Bit lighter than Brian but I wasnt blowing out my arse and gurning.
Couple more sessions doing them and I could probably do 30s easy with much better form than "hold my beer hankins"
