You`re quite the powerlifter.....shallow 275 pound squat,vibrating 315 bench,275 deadlift for 5 reps all at a bodyweight of 238 pounds.
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha 
I squatted 365 to full depth I benched 320 and you have no idea what I can deadlift
But right now I am working out in my home gym and I don’t have space setup for squats and deadlifts
I plan to get a Rep Powerrack for the new house and do more squats in his summer I will do a deadlift at that time for shits and giggles but it’s not a movement I feel I need to incorporate
