Your claim is you deadlifted 365 for a few reps as your best. You claimed 405 for reps as your best squat, then nearly pushed your dickhole out of your asshole going for 365 for 1. Going by this, you are a better squatter than deadlifter and your squat is now lowered to 365. You probably can't even get a 405 deadlift let alone 500. CONVENTIONAL olympic bar deadlift, not some trap bar bullshit either.
Just go pull and hold 500 out of a rack above the knees and hold it for 10 seconds since you think it's so easy. You'll probably tear your mesh(if the hammer curls didn't do that already) and launch black shit out of every one of your holes.
What rack what 500? I don’t even have that much weight here I would have to mix and match all my plates. My digestive issues are not related to lifting. I squatted 405 for reps in college as in 30 years ago I misjudged my max squat by 40lbs. Give me a spot and I would have gone for the 405 but why I squat 225 for reps now and get a way better workout. When I get a rack this summer I will really focus on squats.
As far as deadlifts I know I can get 405. I think I can get 495 I don’t know I can get it but I think I can I also think it is on the strain my lower back territory which I don’t need to do.
I have bad knees and a torn chest there is nothing wrong with my biceps or back. You guys said I couldn’t row the 125s I did 10 reps. You said I could t overhead press 155 I did 7 reps behind the back after chest. You guys said I could t curl 155 I curled 168. You guys claimed I couldn’t curl 65lbs I did 8 reps. You guys said I could t bench 275 I benched 320 5 months post hernia repair
I misjudged my squat by 40lbs sue me I crushed every other ridiculous so called challenge. I don’t need to pull my lower back deadlifting 500lbs but yeah I do think I can do it.
