You couldn't do an actual military press with 155, you can't squat 405, you can't deadlift 500. You've been abusing steroids for 30 years and are pathetically weak, even for a bodybuilder.
For someone to say "Im too lazy to add plates to my bar / move plates around in my gym" you know their training style.Pump & pose...Like a teen-beginner..
I have not paid gym dues in months wtf are you talking about? I can't just show up and lift I would have to pay 6 months of back dues for a gym I don't use no thanks.
x2 constantly trying 1RMs without training for them, very high-school-first-year-in-the-gym-just-got-on-that-creatine type.
That's not how the gyms I've been to work. Unless you cancel you get charged monthly on autodraft (some do make it a pain in the ass to cancel). But if you weren't a member, you don't get charged. I haven't seen a gym where they charge "back dues" if you rejoin after leaving. If you cancel a credit card that was being charged autodraft on a contract you signed could they put a lien on the house you're trying to sell?
I have attempted 3 one rep maxes on bench press in the last 5 years
Why do I need to explain every minute detail of how everything works to you? Why can't you just accept what I am telling you? I have not paid dues. I would need to pay back dues to train. They can't put a lien on my house for a gym membership you dumb fuck
Did you forget about the ~daily squat 1RM videos and the "strict curl" lark?
Do you not see the word bench press? I have attempted 2 squat max attempts and maybe 5 strict curls happy now? Meanwhile I train everything once a week.
I am not asking for credit and I am not saying I can do it. But if asked what I think I would max out at? I would say somewhere between 455-495lbs['b] maybe more what would I actually feel comfortable doing without straining probably 405lbs. But I don't deadlift and I am not alone most bodybuilders do not deadlift. The idea is isolation I am already 225lbs I don't need general body stimulation and stress on my CNS. I train a bro split there is no deadlift in a bro split. I do want to train back more which is why I am getting the cable pulldown row attachment for the rep 5000. Deadlifting my lower back stiff isn't going to help build my physique. I need to save my lower back for squats. But sure let me buy a deadlift bar this summer get some more gym space and I will pull it one day. I don't currently own a deadlift bar and I don't even have 10 45lb plates. Notice SC claims 525 but then shows himself in knee sleeves with a trap bar.
Hey retard, you added the word "bench press" to restrict the scope / strawman the issue as you always do. Gym Rat was referring to general behavior, not bench press strictly. We are not dumb here, except you of course.
YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND.....no special bar needed Chauncey....just load up 500 pounds and get a rude awakening.LOL@ deadlift bar..........fucking novice !
I didn't add shit that is an unmodified post
Hey stupid, here is the post. It does not say bench press. My god you are dumb.It is no wonder you are torn to shreds and haven't gained an ounce of real muscle in 25 years with such a lack of intelligence.I added six pounds to my squat, five pounds to my deadlift, and two pounds to my bench this week. What were your progresses on these lifts?
These days they use a deadlift bar that has more flex in it. It adds about 50lbs to the deadlift per my understanding over a stiff bar. Considering SC is talking about a trap bar deadlift I think me using a barbell designed for deadlifts on a one rep max attempt is perfectly reasonable. https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-ohio-deadlift-bar-black-zinc?msclkid=945bd79eec2a18430d76b24f16421977&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Rogue%20Fitness%20-%20Weightlifting%20Bars%20%26%20Plates&utm_term=rogue%20deadlift%20bar&utm_content=Deadlift%20BarI told you guys 6 months ago I planned to pull 500 and squat 405 in 2024 nothing has changed just dont have my setup yet will this summer
I said bench press in my post I attempted 2 max squats in the last 25 years. Bwhaha are you kidding? how do you know you added all this weight to your squat bench and deadlift if you are not maxing out every week? I have not attempted a max anything since I did 320lbs on bench in December. I know I am stronger now based on my weight and reps. But can you bench 320lbs? No then who the fuck cares if you added 2lbs you are still weaker than me
A special deadlift bar for a guy who will never pull 500 pounds.....you couldn`t make this shit up!! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA LOL

I've already used the simplest terms and lowest-level reading comprehension grammar and structure that I know. We will have to move on to another topic if you still don't understand.Haha I forgot about his brief "trap bar" fixation, it is probably all rusty by now

I can deadlift 280+ lbs, your max demonstrated deadlift is 8 lbs.Haha I forgot about his brief "trap bar" fixation, it is probably all rusty by now
