The bar and 2 45s were already outside. I took the other 45s from the basement and came out the garage no stairs were involved. It was really only a couple minutes of actual effort if I include all sets and moving the weights. I do feel like it was a waste of energy from a workout perspective really don't feel anything in my back or legs maybe a little tighter in lower back that's about it.

My challenge to you would be to video pouring out just 3/4th of a gallon and tell us that is how much shit came out of your mouth.
