My master bedroom is on the Main level just like my office and bathroom. I do not go up or downstairs until I go downstairs to my gym. I do not go up 10 flights a day. I use the stairs to the basement 4x a week I do come up and down between sets. We also have half a flight outside the house. I probably leave the house 2-3 times a week. That’s about it for stairs. I never go upstairs
