I saw a documentary about Bobby Pandour once. It said that he used really light weights and bodyweight movements but he worked out constantly around the clock. He had 5 or 10 lb dumbbells and over the course of a day would literally do thousands of reps of curls, raises, presses. IIRc his diet wasnt really great l, he relied on restricted calories.
I think it was on a YouTube channel called the Golden age book worm or something like that.
