1) I have done my shows....I have shown you pics of when I prepped.  You dismissed because they weren't TODAY

2) I have extra bodyfat...ask me how many fucks I give?

3) You are leaner than me (for like the 8,347, 234th time)....but you aren't more fit or in shape than me.

4) There is not much of my leg showing and you feel I have zero development....LOL.   I am bragging because I beat you.  I did the actual 15....and I wasn't winded.   You did 11 and were gasping for air.   HA HA HA "in shape"

This isn't kindergarten picture time cum stain.   Tell everyone what you THINK being in shape is.  Its not that hard. 

ANNNNNNNY time you want to compare

Here are some components of being fit/in shape

Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance – The ability of the body’s systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen  you lack this
Stamina – The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy you lack this
Strength – The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force you kind of have this....thats being generous
Flexibility – the ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint  you absolutely don't have this
Power – The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time  maybe for strict curl, definitely not squatting
Speed – The ability to minimize the cycle time of a repeated movement  you don't....your knees won't let you have this
Coordination – The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement don't even lie and say you have this.  one look at the bench video is proof enough

So you got any current goals for 2024 or do you want to tell us about the time you scored 4 touchdowns for Polk high in a single game? I will be stronger at the end of the year than I was at the beginning that isn't even a goal just a fact.

I look pretty athletic there to me but of course you can say that was then this is now to which I would reply I look more athletic now. I would postulate I look more athletic now because I am stronger and more explosive and faster now but of course you are entitled to your opinion. Meanwhile you absolutely look worse now than you did then but would argue you are in better shape now because you are a crossfit cultist.

Just saying how dare anyone question my athleticism. And before anyone says that was then I still do 360s on my snowboard. I will surf again on vacation at a warm break. I kind of lost interest in kiting as I did it everyday year round for years. I still enjoy mountain biking.
