I can absolutely define it go look at the photo I posted of me from this morning start with that as our working definition. Then look at the photo I posted of krank or yourself in the mirror lets start with that as out working definition of not in shape.
This isn't kindergarten picture time cum stain.   Tell everyone what you THINK being in shape is.  Its not that hard.

Here are some components of being fit/in shape
Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance – The ability of the body’s systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen  
you lack thisStamina – The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy 
you lack thisStrength – The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force 
you kind of have this....thats being generousFlexibility – the ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint  
you absolutely don't have thisPower – The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time  
maybe for strict curl, definitely not squattingSpeed – The ability to minimize the cycle time of a repeated movement  
you don't....your knees won't let you have thisCoordination – The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement 
don't even lie and say you have this.  one look at the bench video is proof enough
