I remember the day that 8XmrOlympia King Ronnie did this particular guest pose ...and everyone started to wonder IF we really needed to see him in such shape ....even Shawn Ray himself said that nerve damage was evident and "the gym was no longer his friend "..... (words of wisdom if you ask me)

Could Ronnie have been "saved" had he quit Bodybuilding at this point? and perhaps live a functional/normal life ever after?

Ronnie used to brag that  after he became a cop and accountant, he heard his "True calling in life" and left all behind to pursuit bodybuilding .....Sure after winning 8 Sandows and becoming the GOAT that would send you to church every sunday as a full time worshiper ......

But Fastforward to present ....  nothing could have saved dear king Ronnie .....


That "leave as a winner , move on to bigger and better things" mentality  like Arnold or Haney never entered Ronnies mind for a second.

 
Now we can see his true calling from above was pure BS ....  he is like a terminator with a chip in his brain " in set to destroy mode"

I thought his first "break" was the shoulder impingment issue where he couldn't get his lat fully expanded.  I don't recall him having much of an issue with his biceps.

Just like Jay's first issue was his shrinking quad.
