Exactly,  marathon runners have to constantly slurp down gel packs the entire race to keep the glucose coming in, while you have hundreds of thousands of calories stored in your far to fuel your body. If DJ is concerned about being flat throw some compounds in that are know to retain water, DECA for instance,  in the 70s,  Deca/dbol were the main compounds, watch pumping iron, did Arnold look flat? He was full yet didn't have the Deca/dbol moon face, why?? Because zero carbs, you won't have that bloat look.

Unless you have a reliable source, primo is 99% bunk, it's usually just test prop, less of a chance your deca will be fake.

the gear youtube fellas say they won't fake primo nowadays coz many many peeps want to run it and most of them test it and post results if it is real or not so it's in the labs best interest to make sure they supply real primo if not they get outed and no one trusts them and their sales plument

Long term high dosage GH definitely alters the lower third portion and nose. Its great in small bits for your skin. Gives a kind of glow and tightness. If they use the stuff for burns victims in hospitals, that says a lot for its effectiveness. I don't know how, but the whites of my eyes go so white. Like a fresher look.

Steroids do age you, for sure. We all come across these social media kids that are like 23, blasting God knows what and look 35 already. Lol
