The ban Chaos bestowed upon him was for well over a month and expired yesterday. I didn't lift it, it simply expired as per Chaos' specifications.

Moreover, as much as many guys bitch about the guy, for well over a month we saw the vast majority posting about him and replying to his posts as if he were still around. Like I've said before, he's got a purpose.

I don't think he will blame Getbig. He entered the show and would only have himself to blame for any shortcomings.

I think he might surprise everyone.

Yeah because dieting on 200g carbs a day depletes your body of glucogen.

Add 100g fats a day and you turn into a fat-burning furnace.

212lbs before bed. Just ate a lot of fast digesting carbs after weigh ins basically rice crispy treats a bowl of rice Kristy cereal  and a sweet potato pie plus an entire Angel food cake two roast beef sandwiches and a Swiss roll and a granola bar not too much water maybe 30oz total fluid. Kept calories right around 3200 a day this week with average protein around 225 fat around 75 and carbs around 250 before final two days then Dropped protein to around 150 and increased carbs to around 450. Should have a decent pump tomorrow and hopefully a flat belly by morning. If you notice the NPC marked me at 511 been trying to tell you guys that is my height for 3 years but I didn’t eat all day prior to weigh ins at 2:30 to make weight then just slammed carbs.  Idea was just not to mess anything up the final week. Do have a sore throat and I am taking penicillin for it it should be ok.
