Never said I was perfect however yeah absolutely I don't need to diet for 6 weeks. That is not my body or metabolism. I just need to train hard and eat moderately the last week. Also spike is not far more shredded but whatever he looks great I really hope he shows up and does well. Hell I hope 20 guys show up and my class is the toughest one there. Save me a trip to Nationals no need to go anywhere else until I win the Cup. I plan to enter every year
