My question is where were his world famous abdominals he was always bragging about on the day of the show......in contest shape you would surely see them,but they seemed to be MIA.

Well I weighed in Saturday at 2pm at 207.2 after not eating or drinking anything all day. I then stuffed my face trying to get 750 grams of carbs. I also ate 750 grams of carbs the night before weigh ins. I was only eating about 250 grams that week and my weight actually got a little low so I tried to fill back out and carb load. I continued to eat carbs all day Sunday as I was nervous. I then went and had a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a coke after prejudging. I also droive 7 hours in a car the night before and spent all day pacing around a cement floor trying not to have a panic attack as I am a fucking agorophobic and there were a thousand people there. I also came down with a bad sore throat 4 days out and was eating popsickes non stop. So yeah I didn't hit my perfect peak so what.
My peak condition on stage should have been about 205lbs instead I was 215lbs but guess what I still had enough muscle to win so whatever. I learned my lesson and will not try and carb load next time or have a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings after prejudging.
But also I still prefer my look over 220lbs I only did classic because I knew I had a better chance to win classic. Now that has been done I may just go bodybuilding next time and come in heavier not lighter. For fuck sake I still haven't even been healthy at a show yet.
One thing the pics show I should stop trying to do the poses the way they are supposed to be done and just do it the way I usually do it.
Hell just remembering not to flex the bad pec would help a lot but I am going a step past that I am going to see a specialist
