Weird thing I was getting lighter a couple mornings ago I was 210lbs. But my wife keeps putting the scale away so we can show the house so not weighing in as much. Yesterday I could just feel I was getting heavier again. Sure, enough I weighed in at 230lbs before bed last night. Now granted I was only 224lbs this morning but still it is amazing how quickly things can change.

It would appear pre industrialization testosterone levels were much higher. I think 1500 is closer to optimal high natural not 800.

Not obsessed had put scale away was planning to lighten up. But my health is really good right now no digestive issues at all and when it is good the weight starts going up. I am going to have a reset to 0 anyway after surgery so no real need to try and bulk going into it. I don't have any enlarged organs lol and you are fucking retarded if you don't think there isn't a correlation between weight and muscle mass. I am also not sloppy right now I am pretty lean. A couple years ago I had to bulk to get there now I am just there and lean.

You have to watch closely when Hanky plays drug semantics, sometimes he calls it TRT, but he almost always calls it HRT because he is on multiple drugs.

My recollection about his testosterone dose was, some time shortly after his claims, one of the guys who knows more about prescribing meds outed Hankins for out of state Doctor shopping to double and triple his dosages.

I kind of remember the drugs coming from Florida.

I don't need to argue you can see on my last bloodwork my PSA is normal the last 2 times (.9 and 0. normal range is 0-4 despite my test being over 1500 and my estradiol being high so you are just wrong Dr Jack (we know it ain't Jane)

He posted about his "last bloodwork" in February 2024 and that was "like 3 years" ago?  So definitely not on TRT because you don't go 2 or 3 years without bloodwork.

Meanwhile this is a bodybuilding board half the board is on TRT. Just a little cannabis and coffee. That is all I have done since the show and all I am doing from now until post-surgery as not trying to bulk just cruising. My stomach and digestive system are great I have had 0 issues since the show. No Gerd, no indigestion, no diarrhea, no blood, no acid reflux, no ulcer pain nothing complete remission. I have maintained the dietary changes I implemented 2 weeks out from the show. Simply reducing my animal fat intake and overall calories seems to have made a big difference of course I also think the HGH is helping to heal the stomach and digestive tract.

So in Hankins math this is on 500mg a week because all his numbers are always give or take a bit.  That's his maintenance dose, not TRT

If I was taking multiple grams I would tell you. I am not taking that much. 2 shots a week that is it. I am taking a very healthy dosage of HGH but that is new just the last couple months. I am not taking anything else other than cannabis and coffee.

By all means you take everything you claim I am taking and see how that works out for you.
