That's MattC-ssolini in the avatar, just for context.  It relates to the contest picture of Hankins where someone said his haircut looked like Hitler with his hair combed to the side, then someone photoshopped that picture of Hankins onto a picture of Hitler and put MattC's face on Mussolini standing next to him.  So it's a dig on MattC that's also a subtle dig on Hankins for that ridiculous looking Haircut he had for The Cup.  I think it was this one (not the first one that highlights his baldness that I just had to include here):

It's a cute spin on 2 individuals that were antisemites (Mussolini and Hitler).

For context, it's important to remember that 3 of the moderators (owner included) are Jewish. I let practically everything go, but the antisemitic shit really bothers me. Regardless of who it is, it stings and I don't forget. Be it those that write "Ju-S-A", or those that take any opportunity to post shit that directly makes reference to oppressors that tried to eradicate all of us, to even those that cleverly make up antisemitic usernames (Quilzechews).

I notice all of it and try to roll with the punches and be a nice person. Then, I ask for some of the basic rules to be respected and when one of the same antisemitic guys (that enjoys dropping antisemitic memes and that uses an avatar that makes reference to 2 of the most antisemitic individuals of all time) decides to say "I'll await my apology" in response to my request and statement about the rules, I say get the fuck out of here. I'm nice, but I have limits.

As the the creator of the pic (reference here - https://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=691100.msg10203526#msg10203526 ), it wasn't meant truly meanly at all really. It was a reference to Hankins's hair(https://i.imgflip.com/8lxhre.jpg), and the fact that he was filled with braggadocio in that moment.

Matt C was thrown in there as a call back to the MattC haircut post of last year ( https://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=661208.msg10102525#msg10102525 ).  Where he or someone else said he looked like Mussolini. It was simply a happy accident that both he, and Hankins fit in that photo so well, Matt especially. It was sort of an Easter egg in the whole thing.

As for the rest of this, it seems to have gone south fast. Flexacon has as always been a good poster, perhaps a banning should be slept on, and see how it feels in the morning.

You can be cool and just accept that we remove things and are trying to keep the forum flowing well or you can be arrogant and start asking for apologies. We moderators do this for free and happily come to enjoy the forum like everyone else. People complained about Flexacon's post both in private and publicly. I removed it, as the woman in that picture is related to Brian's wife and posting her on here is unjustified and simply creepy. People then piggybacked off of that and let the wonderful compliments to pour heavily.

I didn't even notice the post until someone send me a private message about it. It sat there for the whole day and then after a few guys bugging me, I moved on it. I could have simply removed it and not said a thing. I at least let people know when I moderate on the forum (like it or not). But to then respond like an asshole and get all cocky?? Come on man. Flexacon isn't a bad guy. He and I have always gotten along just fine. I just think that some people are now allowing this shit with bhank to take them to a very dark place which is spilling over to how they treat others on the forum.

I'll lift his ban tomorrow. If he wants to come back, that's on him. It's nothing personal. Hopefully, he cools off a bit.
