Could be Bhanky's father helped him out in originally buying the house and Bhanky paying him off and removing his lien.

The Urch thing might be Em's mother loaning a second mortgage on the Kitty Hawk property so he and Em can use the money for a downpayment on the new house.

This entire saga is better than Netflix.  I told you they are are going to steal the house and money from him.   Its so freaking obvious.

This is what happened. It was in with some other stuff I once saw. I forget the ins and outs, but he gave her a little piece. I figured it was probably a wedding present or similar.

As to the rest, I think a poster a few pages back is right. Em put her foot down, and told him to stop fucking around on the internet, and help with this move, etc.... She liked the post of him selling the Hankcycle a few days ago, so she's probably keeping an eye on him.
