Sadly for you Brian I am sat here now at 5'10, 235 contemplating starting a prep- I've tightened up my diet slightly to lose 1.5lbs fat a week for 10 weeks. I can see my obliques framing my abs and have vets in my thighs. I outwork you, have more discipline and bette genetics.

I can also walk, do Muay Thai twice weekly and box once a week and I am enjoying life. I have no woman taking over my money 2 kids who I have just taken to Euro-disney for 5 days- we have loads of fun and they can both hold pens, a decent business and plenty of friends.

Yeah that is my pool. The view is nice the weather just got consistently good about a week ago. I am trying to enjoy the pool and beach some already have a bit of a sunburn. The issue is in the winter there is nothing open and nothing to do no concerts, no sports, not many people and half the businesses close down. Summer is great but it is only 4 months a year.
