Again last time I carb loaded like 600 grams of carbs the night before with fluids then continued to push carbs and fluids that morning rice crispies gatorade etc before have a cheeseburger fries and a coke between prejudging and the final.

If I had just had a light meal after weigh ins and dropped the water then not pigged out that day I would have looked much tighter. But who cares I won the damn show regardless. The entire idea was to use it as a starting point for Nationals and continue to tighten up.

Your entire argument is that somehow my current condition doesn't count because some photographer took a bad photo 2 months ago is nonsense. If I got up on stage right now at a state level show I am going to win the master classic. All I need to do is bring my regular morning abs instead of stuffing my face and presenting mid afternoon. The main issue with the Cup is the photgrapher took the pics at the evening show and got several when I was not in pose. But regardless I am in show winning shape for a local show right now. I fully intend to dial it in more for a National show but we are talking 5lbs not 20lbs.
