That is the best part since changing my diet I have been in complete remission for 3 months now. Not to be gross but I am having normal poops. I still get some occasional stomach ulcer pain and nausea but not much. However as far as digestion it's been great regular bowl movements. Just a lot less overall body inflammation these days. Even my lower back feels great. I plan to trap bar deadlift again this week. Knees are still a little bit wonky but a lot less bad days and just a little stiff.
