If you see a guy beating everyone then why would you fight him, especially if he beat a kid much tougher than you?

Another point to consider is generally in School the cock of the year/school tends to have plenty of mates so once you can fight lads want to be aorund you and birds want a bit of you. yet Brian is a man on his own, an outlier, or out and out liar. he not only has to fight every day he wins every fight and yet people still line up against him every day- when nobody in his year approaches he starts fighting the kids in the years above and when they are all vanquished he is finally given a moments piece.

That being said if you had 3 strikes and out for fighting you would have been expelled - I would take what your colleague says with a pinch of salt as it might have happened in his head but didn't happen in our school!'
