He did not win the Overall or even AN Overall.  To quote the official event Information Form: 
"ALL CLASSES AWARDED 1ST-5TH. “OVERALL” WINNER AWARDED IN OPEN DIVISIONS ONLY".  He was NOT in an Open Division.  There were 46 Divisions, 9 were Open divisions. He won his Division, the Over 40 Classic Physique, which was at best 1/46th of The Cup.
