I have my first place medal here. I won the cup. I am not sure who you are trying to convince otherwise. If it makes you feel any better I plan to win the Cutler Classic next. I have no intention of competing in other divisions.

No self respecting competitor claims to have won a BB show when they didn’t win the men’s open overall BB. It’s perfectly honorable to win your weight class - but don’t be a tool man. Just state exactly what you won so that no one could get the impression that you won something that you didn’t. Why are you so fckn insecure? Be proud of what you did and don’t be a douchebag and try to make it sound bigger.

TRY - just take a deep breath and try to not pop back a reply that you look awesome or something like that. I am starting to realize that you don’t have a circle of bodybuilding friends that can all critique each other - talk shit - and yes compliment as well. I train with my wife now and she doesn’t hold back when I need constructive criticism. I don’t get butt hurt either though. I actually WANT to know what others see that maybe i have a blind spot on. Lol if i did ever get defensive she’d tell me with a quickness to stop being a pussy.
Brian - it’s ok man. You have a great physique. You don’t have elite bodybuilding genetics but it’s FCKN 👌 ok. There ARE some areas that you can work on and help with the image. You have to train your back more. You have zero pat development. The good news is that you CAN change that same thing with legs - although I will admit it’s harder the older we get. And with legs you really have to go to a place of intense pain. If you don’t dread leg day you arent training intrnsely enough. I lfckn get anxiety just thinking bout it.

He wants to claim a 5 is a 10.  Stupid, especially knowing those contest pics would be posted.  We all saw how nervous he was on here praising his two cruddy competitors until they announced the placings.  Even then, we most all congratulated him.   

Heck, if he had exaggerated to a 6 maybe 7, he'd have gotten far less slack, but he had to go and claim a 10, that he won The Cup, after a couple of days.  It was just like how he turned on Coach a few days later.    He just cannot help himself.

You "win" your class against 2 beginners and you let it go to your head.....enter a big show in a big city and see how you fare.

I`ve got tons of class wins.....won my class at the Southern States when it was a top 10 national level contest.....missed my pro-card by one point in the NABBA USA Nationals,placed in 3 out of 4 of Bev Francis contests in NYC which are tough......won Best Poser in CT. and placed 2nd to Troy Moore....placed in the New Englands 5 times and the classes were always stacked....etc. etc.....you couldn`t carry my gym bag asshole.

I benched double bodyweight not even training for it....squatted 405 below paralell at 160 pounds,something you still haven`t done.....did 25 below paralell squats with 225,315 below paralell for 10,10,10,8,and 5 in the same workout weighing less than 165....  also trained with Jeff King,IFBB Pro Dave Marinelli,and competed with Palumbo,PJ Braun,Fred Bigot,Leon Brown,and a ton of others........was in a scene in the movie Pumping Iron,was featured in an article about me in Iron Man magazine,....also had my Carb Cycling article published in Iron Man,was also featured in Ageless Athletes Magazine....was in the newspaper a zillion times where ever I lived,worked in 5 gyms,was a personal trainer for over 20 years............won 57 trophies,and a whole lot more....what did you ever accomplish.......5 last place medals and a class win against two out of shape novices.
