Fighters get injuries during training all the time. I read the comments and disagree that it was a punk move. It was a move and he’s right, if he wanted to snap it, he could’ve. Can’t tell you how many fighters I’ve worked with that trained with broken fingers, ribs, shoulders, knees, stingers, eye pokes, etc.

Kongo would always come in with rib injuries and jammed fingers I would pull back into joint, tape it up an keep going. Strickland was trying to find a way out of that session…period

I don't follow MMA. I don't keep track on what Strickland says and didn't watch this video... I assume he something idiotic BUT I admire his don't-give-a-fuck attitude and will say whatever is on his mind.

The thing with him that he does not realize is : when you have an opinion on everything,  you really have an opinion on nothing. But thats his schtick- he's the guy who says whatever he wants, he 'tells it like it is'.  his ability to beat people up for a living wont last forever and hell have to earn a living as that guy.
