Reaction time is a big fraction of time in 60m race.
And it is different.

With 40yds it is just acceleration, in 60m there is a bit of a roll included. This will slow you down if not practiced.At least if you’re not specified spinter, they may accelate everywhere between 50m to 70m.
Also in the US, Football is bigger than track so that is where most talented athletes gravitate to.

No way can a person do that who isn't specialized in that specific area of athletic performance. The central nervous system can't handle being that good at that many things. It's all a trade-off.

Even within strength, it's a trade-off. The strongest powerlifters are never as strong at bench press as bench press specialists, for example.

Granted, what Bo Jackson did was amazing. But the FASTEST 40-yard dash time ever is 4.11s by Christian Coleman. And he is a 60m sprint specialist / world record holder.

And Usain Bolt did the 40 in 4.22s.

The only person I could see getting 4.12s other than Christian Coleman would be Getbig's own JustPlaneJane.

I can run like I did in college, but I was sprinting strong 5-6 years ago. I’m still pretty athletic, some dumbass kids were talking about muscle “binding” up your athleticism the other day at the gym. So I did a toe touch and pike in the squat room.

Not one Getbigger is a match for her in a sprint race. I tried. None of us are even close to her at full sprint. I’ve run a fair few 40’s when I was younger and Jane could have held her own against any female in the world, from any era, at any sprint distance, and none of us old has beens are remotely close to that.

The $2 sprint challenge is more retarded than the bench challenge to Hankins when he was coming off rupture surgery.
