that loser regan grimes has been with milos for what almost three years, and always finished out of the top 10 at the olympia, milos is a con  and burns every bridge he has.

iris kyle kicked his sorry ass out of her gym because all the members where bitching about him using up all the equipment for his giant sets.  remember luke wood who posted on here, milos killed him. he also beat his ex wife as well.

But "they" feel Regan has improved by leaps and bounds. Milos has been really optimistic, like he is with everyone, and says Regan could be top 3 at the O in a couple of years if he just keeps at it. I think he has gotten better placings with Milos?

Is he a con? If he is, what about all the other coaches? Some success with some athletes and a multitude of failures too, which we may not hear about. Some just get to pick just the most genetically gifted. Some get clients just for political reasons - and their athletes get gift placings sometimes so everyone wants to get with them.

Hany is the sponsor and he's probably paying them bonuses for winning shows rather than taking a cut. Derek, Hadi etc are employees for Hanys Evogen brand. Definitely Hadi as that's how they get his Visa.

Correct sir. Hadi can thank Rambod for getting into the States based on work visa with Evogen.Otherwise I don’t think we would ever see Hadi here.

You may be right but the top coaches still use them. Even your buddy felt the need to take half a cap of Dyazide even though his skin was see-through. Plus loaded and cut his water. Why? Because you think you can always get a little better.

Regarding loop diuretics like Lasix. I saw Milos' plan for Wolf in 06 or whatever it was. Like a week out aldactone was put in. Aldactone is a mild diuretic that might be prescribed for even some acne or hormonal problems in women etc long term and it prevents sodium resorption. A negative effect is that it can increase potassium levels which can stop the heart. Then the athlete depletes and loads aggressively with insulin. Sometimes this makes you hold subcutaneous water and sometimes they intentionally load until they start to spill. So when the load is finished you now take the Lasix or Bumex or whatever to "finish off" and hope the water comes out of the skin and not the muscle, which of course often doesn't work that way. Lasix depletes potassium like crazy so the hope is that the aldactone has built up potassium stores enough so you don't cramp or die lol. This is hardly just Milos who does variations of this, remember when Jay failed for 5 different diuretics under Aceto lol.
I'm sure you know all this but maybe some here are interested in what they may do.

I had somewhat different ideas. I cautiously recommended my friend do the following. Start small doses of Dyazide on previous sunday or monday already. Don't cut water or sodium yet or not at all through the show depending on the look. Then you can increase or decrease or cut altogether the Dyazide as necessary as the show approaches. Taking a Dyazide the night before and you're hoping the Dyazide works just right, flushes just the right amount of water. Sometimes diuretics don't seemingly work at all with a single dosing. My buddy was very good in several years doing this and once was "hardest in show."

Anyone here compete or prep guys and have an opinion on this approach?

His quotes were, paraphrasing, "most of these trainers make most of their income from 'lifestyle' clients." "No pro pays his fees anyway." "Milos is the most expensive of the gurus." "Guru X doesn't even take on pro bbers anymore."

Now I don't know how many clients they all have but let's say someone with a high profile like Milos has a whole bunch of these "lifestyle" email clients, perhaps many of them wealthy, it could be a good gig? Some of them claim they turn down people for lack of time.
One "famous" coach charges like 400 bucks a month for email clients and supposedlyhas 200 of them, you know mostly basic contest prep monitoring, that's good money no?

That Leo Longevity fella claimed he had 10 wealthy solid email lifestyle clients who each paid 1K a month. He was cocky enough to charge like 1K for a one hour consultation where he got the questions in advance and then did "research" on the topics to give in-depth answers.

What would you guess Milos and the rest are making?

If I was in Samson’s shoes I would not hesitate to call Hany .He is serious contender for O title and  having wife as second pair  of eyes  and coach  is weird.She is Polish and has been competing as well so IMO she has connections to “vitamins”.
