i will eat in an 8 hour window (inter fasting) and train both times within this 8 hour window
carb cycle like this
day 1-delts (low carb)
day 2-lats (high carb)
day 3-pecs (low carb)
day 4-bis (med carb)
day 5-tris (high carb)
low carbs-only carb with breakkie which will be 1 liter of milk next 2 meals 200 grams of chicken breast ONLY
med carbs-milk breakkie and carbs with chicken breast (either poatatoe or oatmeal) in 2nd meal and only chiecken breast ONLY 3rd meal
high carbs-milk breakkie and mcds 2nd meal and and carbs with chicken breast (either potatoe or oatmeal) 3rd meal
