just did pecs and tris and pec str shoot up through the fucking roofadded 4 reps on the hammer decline and 5 reps on the pec dec and 4 reps on machine benchi'll take update pics tomorrow or the next day and assess if i can increase cals

i'll keep driving everyday training on a 5 way split until str gains either halt or declineif and when they do i will add in a rest day and go 3 on 1 off on a 3-way split like thisday 1-delts day 2-pull back and bis day 3-push chest and tris day 4- offif i stall there i'll go to 2 on 1 off and for sure that will be the last stopdon't think i'll ever get to the point of a 1 on 1 off splitoptimal is probably training 4-5 days a week
