not sure what that will be

4 apps all say 2700

anyways i'll just stay 4-5 and add more muscle

legs should be ready for training then but not sure i will train them

got cross-strations in my glutes

i'll be 4-5% within 7 days MAX

sleeping past 8 hours daily and training only once a day on this split will cause even better and faster gainsm 'specially when i go back to maintaince cals

day 2-tris

day 3-bis

day 4-chest and back

day 5-tris

tomorrow chest and back will take like 90 min

following his arms protocol

he grew a half inch on his arms with same drug intake and same cals 8) 8) 8)

Delts tris and bis you could do the same day, lol at taking three days

you could cover all three bodyparts in 16 sets. yet you do 16 for biceps alone
