Based on a Google search, there is very little diversity at Boeing, so the MAX fuckup is 100% white men.

While I don’t think the breakdowns at Boeing have anything to do with a drive to place blacks in positions of power, because they’re not as smart as whites or something, but it does have with the DEI because I believe they’re taking their focus off of safety first. The first and most important thing they should be focusing on is safety, then after that probably profits or something. Once you take your eye off the ball, it’s easy to get distracted by other things and lose sight of what you’re really trying to do. In this case, fly people somewhere safe.

I have a friend who got his pilots license.  He said taking off takes no effort.  Landing takes 100 percent concentration.  Autopilot is usually engaged once a certain altitude is reached.

I don't know if Boeing is guilty of this.  Airliners like United definitely are though.
