You most likely will survive the momentary hassle. I have successfully talked my way out of a couple of tickets in the past 66 years by being courteous to the police.

Who knows why she did not do this? Maybe she panicked or she was up to no good. We don’t know. We will most likely never know. She obviously cannot defend her actions now.

One thing that bothers me about this situation is that folks immediately draw conclusions about the deceased before any investigation of the circumstances had even started.
