Welll 4 grams is basically exactly the standard for heavyweight bbers nowadays, 3 to 4 grams with a few going beyond. There used to be this thing around the mid-90s where it was said, "at 4 grams it seems a new avenue of growth is opened." Well it's not exactly like that but that's where many end up when experimenting.
I have a friend, who I have not adviced in the past, who just told me stack for his last show was "2.5 grams of test (!) and pyramiding up some tren and mast to 600mg and 400mg respectively." Never knew anyone personally who did that much test in prep, usually they think they have to use a lot of hardening compounds instead.
His off seasons have been a couple of grams of test with a ml of deca for the joints. He wanted my opinion on upping the test to 3 grams for his next off season push with perhaps a little tren or mast thrown in. Well I'm not into advicing someone to use a ton so I didn't have much to say. Except to say thst his planned reduction of growth from 10iu to 5iu due to cost issues, I said up it to 15 instead!
