You hardly trained at all....you act like you were a fucking human dynamo pushing through the pain come Hell or high water forging ever closer to reach your goal of looking like a bag of smashed assholes in front of tons of people. LOL
Trained a whole year.....not for this show you didn`t,you jumped into it a month out you worked out for 2 pathetic weeks minus your snowboarding time off and no diet or cardio.......a true blood and guts warrior.

There was not a single week I did not train at least 3 days a week. Most weeks I trained 4-5 days a week. The only time I have taken a full week off was after the show. I even trained shoulders and back this week in addition to the usual biceps quads and hams I am taking today off and will hit Chest on Sunday. I am training like 5 days a week right now. Although I am doing it a little different I am adding more different days (shoulders,back,bicep,quads,hams,chest) That is 6 working days but I can't do it in 7 I need about 9 days to get through the 6 different workouts.
So 6 out of 9 is 66% of the days I am training right now but I fully reserve the right to take an extra rest day whenever
4 out of 7 would be 57%
5 out of 7 would be 71%
