I bought some Gakic powder the other week and tossed it all down the drain.

  That crap had my whole house stinking like crotch!! and it tasted like crotch too!!!

My advice to you all is to stick with Sans Vault.  Take it right before you workout.
The label says 30min prior, but do it right before you pick up the weight.  You'll feel like a munster!
